3 ways to ignite your magnetism today!
Hello you wonderful human,
As I prepare for Round 2 of the Mini-Master Class, and reflect on what I’ve been discussing with my friends and clients lately, I realize just how important it is to let go of the past when it comes to manifesting.
Whether you want a new partner or a new promotion, if our minds are tethered to past people or circumstances, that is where we will remain - stuck in the past, repeating the patterns.
For example…
I had my 1:1 90-minute Discovery session with one of my Modern Dating Master Class members, and one of the main things I noticed in her was the casual limiting beliefs that would come up in conversation around her backstory and her desired outcomes. It was clear that these kinds of thoughts had been part of her every day narrative since childhood.
When I was able to point them out to her, she instantly started to notice more of them when they came up for her, and she started to naturally flip the script.
In our time together, we were able to release a few of these past stories and re-write them with more expansive beliefs. She left the session feeling eager to try out these new habits of thought.
Not a week later did I find out that she had nabbed one of the biggest auditions of her career and was randomly asked out!
This kind of result is absolutely possible for anyone who begins the Shadow Work necessary for magnetic attraction. (Which is why I’ve dedicated Module 1 of my Modern Dating Master Class to it!)
Here are 3 ways you can start your Shadow Work today:
1. Face your past (and the stories it’s still telling you).
2. When you notice these old stories come up as you talk about your life and desires, question them.
3. Continue to let them go by flipping the script - exchange these old limiting beliefs for new, expansive beliefs.
It’s worth asking yourself…
“…Could I really become a magnet for the abundance I’ve been longing for by changing my thoughts?”
Just think, all you have to do is try. See what happens when you begin to exchange your self-doubt for self-assurance.
